    【摘 要】目的：探讨风湿免疫性疾病实施个性化疼痛护理的临床效果。方法：抽取我院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的风湿免疫患者180例为研究对象，根据入院时间分组，对照组和观察组相同例数不同护理方案，比较疼痛程度。结果：观察组护理后疼痛程度各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，组间数据存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论：风湿免疫性疾病实施个性化疼痛护理干预能够改善患者的疼痛程度，提高生活质量以及患者的满意度，值得临床推广。
