    【摘 要】目的：评价PDCA循环与精益管理在心外手术室质控中的作用。方法：2019年5月至2020年5月收治的800例患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组400例患者进行常规管理，观察组400例患者行PDCA循环及精益管理，比较两组护理质量和家属满意度。结果：观察组护理文书、仪器设备、房间规范评分高于对照组，手术室空间布局摆放时间较对照组偏短(P<0.05)。结论：将PDCA循环及精益管理应用于心外手术室质控中可提高家属满意度，值得临床推广。
