    【摘 要】目的：探究综合护理模式在重症呼吸系统疾病患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2020年1月—2021年9月间我院收治的重症呼吸系统疾病患者98例进行分析，按照护理方式不同对患者进行分组，其中采用常规护理方式的小组为对照组，采用综合护理方式的小组为观察组，对比两组患者治疗后的各项血气功能指标、并发症发生率以及患者的护理满意度。结果：相比于对照组，观察组患者具有更优的血气功能指标，差异明显(P<0.05)；相比于对照组，观察组患者的并发症发生率更低，差异明显(P<0.05)；相比于对照组，观察组患者的护理满意度更高，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：将综合护理干预模式应用于重症呼吸系统疾病患者中能够有效帮助患者改善血气功能指标、降低并发症发生率并提高患者的护理满意度，具有较好的效果可以推广。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing model in patients with severe respiratory diseases.
