    【摘 要】目的：分析医院管理中精细化管理应用效果。方法：在我院择选200例患者，时间线为2017年10月至2021年3月，分为采取传统管理(对照组)与采取精细化管理(观察组)，两组均有100例。比较两组管理效果。结果：观察组的管理质量高于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。結论：针对医院患者管理，临床行精细化管理，具有在临床广泛推广的价值。
