    【摘 要】目的：总结静脉输液港植入患儿并发症发生率，并探讨相关护理的实施效果。方法：将90例行静脉输液港植入的化疗患儿随机分为参照组(采用常规护理)与试验组(采用预防性护理)，每组各45例，均于2019年11月至2020年6月期间我院收治的，对比两组护理前后效果。结果：试验组并发症发生率(4.44%)低于参照组(17.78%)，试验组护理后QLSCA评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：静脉输液港植入患儿应用预防性护理，可有效改善其生活质量，降低并发症发生率，值得推广。
