    【摘 要】目的：研究分析在耳鼻喉内窥镜手术患者中采用优质护理服务的应用效果[1-3]。方法：选择2020年4月至2021年4月到医院治疗的60例耳鼻喉疾病手术患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用优质护理服务，比较两组心理状况评分及护理满意度。结果：通过对比，观察组护理满意度高于对照组，SDS、SAS评分均优于对照组，两组间存在显著差异，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在耳鼻喉内窥镜手术患者中采用优质护理服务具有良好的应用价值[4-6]，可以有效缓解患者的负面情绪，获得良好护理评价，临床应用效果良好，可推荐运用。
