    【摘 要】目的：分析对晚期胃癌患者实施疼痛护理联合临终关怀的护理效果。方法：选取2019年2月至2021年8月期间在我院接受治疗的晚期胃癌患者88例进行研究，并以抽签的办法将其平均分成对照组与研究组两个小组，每组病例数量各为44例，对对照组患者实施常规护理模式，对研究组患者在对照组的护理基础上增加实施疼痛护理以及临终关怀护理，比较两组干预效果。结果：护理前，两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、焦虑/抑郁(SAS/SDS)评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理干预后研究组患者SF-36评分明显高于对照组，VAS、SAS、SDS评分则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对晚期胃癌患者实施疼痛护理以及临终关怀护理能够明显缓解患者的疼痛感，有利于其缓解不良情绪、提升其生存质量。
