    【摘 要】目的：探讨应用循证标准对重症患者眼部护理的实际效果。方法：64例重症监护患者被随机分成两组，对照组和实验组各32例，对照组定期进行护理，而实验组使用眼部护理循证标准，然后比较两组并发症指标(结膜暴露、角膜暴露、结膜充血)及治疗满意度。结果：实验组治疗满意度明显高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对重症监护患者应用眼部护理循证标准有利于减少并发症，改善患者的健康状况和预后，提高患者的治疗满意度，同时提高医务人员的专业水平和技能。
