    【摘 要】目的：研究气道管理小组对重症呼吸衰竭患者护理工作的结果，方法：将2018年5月至2020年1月本院收治的80例重症呼吸衰竭患者分为两组，对照组给予常规医疗干预，实验组进行气道管理小组干预，结果：两组呼吸功能指标存在显著差异，实验组护理工作满意度高于对照组，实验组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：认为重症呼吸衰竭患者气道管理小组的介入改善了其呼吸功能。
