    【摘 要】目的：探讨分析系统化护理模式在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用方法及效果。方法：从我院病例系统中随机抽取75例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为本次实验探讨对象(抽取时间为2020年7月至2021年8月)，同时将其分为A组38例、B组37例。分别对A、B组患者应用常规护理和系统化护理模式，比对分析两组具体效果，为临床研究提供现实依据。结果：护理后B组SAS评分、关节功能评分明显优于A组(P<0.05)；B组疼痛缓解时间、住院时间以及愈合时间均明显短于A组，且疼痛评分低于A组(P<0.05)。结论：合理应用系统化护理模式，有助于促进骨折愈合，提高其关节功能，改善身心状态，帮助患者快速回归正常生活，可见该模式值得进行合理推广。
