    【摘 要】目的：对PDCA循环管理办法在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用效果进行分析，并得出结论。方法：在本研究中，选取了消毒中心在未应用PDCA循环管理办法前及运用PDCA循环管理办法后的工作质量进行分析和对比，并分析各项指标的变化情况。结果：在消毒供应中心实施PDCA循环管理办法后，消毒供应中心的感染率得到了有效控制，且器械质量合格率也更高。在包装、清洁、灭菌等方面的合格率均得到了有效提升，在运用PDCA管理办法前后存在的差异具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论：PDCA循环管理的使用有着较好的效果，能够有效提升其他科室对于消毒供应中心的满意度，值得进行推广和应用。
