    【摘 要】目的：探究小切口手术在基层医院阑尾炎患者治疗中的应用价值。方法：随机选取我院收治于2019年9月至2020年9月间92例阑尾炎患者为研究对象，将患者依据随机数字表法分两组，对照组(采用传统手术干预)、观察组(采用小切口手术干预)，观察两组患者手术指标、并发症发生情况、治疗满意度。结果：经治疗，观察组患者手术时间、住院时间以及术中出血量明显少于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；经治疗，观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；经治疗，观察组患者治疗满意度显著高于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对阑尾炎患者采用小切口手术的方式进行治疗有良好的效果，可以减少患者手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量，并减少并发症的发生，提升患者的治疗满意度，值得推广。
