    【摘 要】目的：研究心力衰竭患者血小板平均体积(MPV)的水平及其与B型钠尿肽(BNP)的相关性。方法：从2019年1月至2020年6月经由我院治疗的众多患者中，选出100例心力衰竭患者作为实验组，再选取同期100例健康人视为常规组，采集两组MPV、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)指标及BN P指标，分析MPV、NLR与BNP的相关性。结果：实验组MPV、NLR、BNP水平显著优于常规组(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论： MPV与血浆BNP水平能反映急性心力衰竭患者的病情变化，NLR能预测心力衰竭患者高水平的BNP，可作为心衰患者短期预后的独立预测因子。
