    【摘 要】目的：观察鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术联合治疗鼻息肉的临床疗效及安全性。方法：通过随机法将本院于2019年12月至2021年5月纳入的76例鼻息肉患者分为观察组(鼻息肉摘除+鼻内筛窦切除术)和参照组(鼻息肉摘除术)，比较两组治疗效果。结果：两组临床各项指标比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)；比较两组的并发症，观察组并发症总发生率较低，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：在鼻息肉患者的治疗中，联合治疗不仅可以减少患者的住院时间，同时还可以减少并发症，具有安全性。
