    【摘 要】目的：本篇研究主要探讨采用腹腔镜技术治疗顽固性粘连性肠梗阻患者对其临床疗效与并发症的影响。方法：选取本院2020年4月至2021年10月收治的103例顽固性粘连性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象，随机分為实验组和对照组，分析两组的应用效果及并发症发生率。结果：实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组的患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：运用腹腔镜技术治疗顽固性粘连性肠梗阻患者，治疗效果显著，患者出现并发症概率比较低，可广泛运用。

    【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of laparoscopy on the clinical outcome and complications of obstinate adhesive intestinal obstruction.
