    【摘 要】目的：CT灌注成像技术应用于腮腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：选择2016年4月至2021年5月我院接受检查的疑似腮腺肿瘤患者122例进行研究。所有患者均接受CT灌注成像检查。基于手术病理诊断结果对CT灌注成像检查结果进行分析。结果：CT灌注成像检查结果与手术病理诊断结果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：CT灌注成像检查技术可以实现对腮腺肿瘤的准确判断，可以达到较好的诊断价值，灌注参数可以直接体现腮腺肿瘤的病理表现，值得推广。

    Clinical value of CT perfusion imaging in differential diagnosis of parotid gland tumors

    【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate the value of CT perfusion imaging in the differential diagnosis of parotid gland tumors. Methods： 122 patients with suspected parotid gland tumors examined in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2021 were selected for study. All patients underwent CT perfusion imaging. The results of CT perfusion imaging were analyzed based on the results of surgical pathological diagnosis. Results： There was no significant difference between the results of CT perfusion imaging and surgical pathological diagnosis(P>0.05). Conclusion： CT perfusion imaging can accurately judge parotid gland tumors and achieve good diagnostic value.
