    【摘 要】目的：对肺部孤立性球形病变采用CT检查、X线检查，比较其效果。方法：本次试验者为我院2020年6月至12月收治的肺部孤立性球形病变患者100例，分别对这100患者进行 X线和CT检查。期待两种不同方式的应用效果，从而得出有效结论。结果：CT对于本组肺部孤立性球形病变患者的诊断准确率是99.00%，高于X线检查的88.00%，数据见存在差异(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：采用CT检查诊断肺部孤立性球形病变效果显著，准确率明显大于X线检查，具有临床推广意义。
