    【摘 要】45例膀胱尿路上皮癌患者术前行CT增强扫描，通过统计分析，探讨膀胱尿路上皮癌的影像特征与病理关系。结果显示CT有价值征象为肿瘤体积较大、宽基底、稍高密度、相邻膀胱壁增厚，明显强化及内部血管样强化提示肿瘤病理分化较差，CT能为膀胱上皮癌病理分化判断提供较为可靠依据，对临床诊断、治疗有一定的指导价值。
