    【摘 要】目的：研究与分析胰岛素泵短期强化干预联合生物合成人胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效及其对母婴结局的影响。方法：选取2018年1月至2021年1月于我院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者32例。将其分组，分别为观察组和对照组，组别的划分方法为其接受的治疗方法的不同。对照组患者接受胰岛素泵短期强化干预治疗，观察组患者接受胰岛素泵短期强化干预联合生物合成人胰岛素治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗前的餐后2h血糖水平，空腹血糖水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后，两组患者的血糖水平均有所好转，但观察组的血糖水平优于对照组，可见统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛素泵短期强化干预联合生物合成人胰岛素治疗，可以显著降低患者的血糖水平，优化母婴结局，治疗效果理想，值得在临床广泛应用并适时加以推广。
