    【摘 要】目的：探讨穴位贴敷、常规西药对皮肤型过敏性紫癜(AP)的治疗效果。方法：以70例皮肤型AP患者为对象，随机分为对照组(常规西药)和观察组(穴位贴敷+常规西药)。比较两组治疗疗效、症状、炎症因子水平。结果：观察组总有效率为88.57%(31/35)，高于对照组的68.57%(24/35)(P<0.05)。观察组皮疹消退及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组C-反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：穴位贴敷与常规西药联合治疗皮肤型AP的治疗效果良好，可改善患者症状。
