    【摘 要】目的：总结分析药剂科高危药品管理措施，以期确保临床用药安全。方法：2020年7月开始对我院药剂科高危药品在原有的管理制度基础上进一步加强管理，确保临床用药安全。分别选择2020年1月至6月、2020年7月至12月在我院药剂科使用高危药品的案例各500例作为研究分析的对象，分析这两个阶段药剂科高危药品用药出错率、用药不合理发生率、患者满意度。结果：药剂科下半年高危药品用药出错率及管理不合理发生率明显低于上半年，同时患者满意度明显高于上半年，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：从多方面加强管理药剂科高危药品是保证临床用药安全的基础，完善药剂科高危药品管理制度、提升药剂师专业水平都是极为重要的。

    【Abstract】Objective： To summarize and analyze the management measures of high-risk drugs in pharmacyin order to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
