    【摘 要】目的：分析D-二聚体、凝血功能检测在孕妇产前检查中的应用效果和实际价值。方法：回顾性方式展开此研究，研究时段为2020年3月至2021年8月，将该时段内36例妊娠孕妇设为观察组，选取同时期内体检健康女性35例设为对照组，对两组均开展D-二聚体和凝血功能检测。观察检测效果。结果：观察组孕妇D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原(FIB)明显比对照组高，凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平较对照组低，两组数据对比，具有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组凝血酶时间(TT)数据对比，无显著差异，统计学不成立(P>0.05)。结论：产前D-二聚体与凝血功能检测对于监测胎儿的正常发育和预防并发症的发生具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect and practical value of D-dimer and coagulation function test in prenatal examination of pregnant women.
