    【摘 要】目的：探讨中医针灸治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：选取2020年3月至2021年9月本院收治的功能性消化不良患者62例纳入研究，分组依据随机分层法进行，均分为两组，对照组(31例)给予常规用药治疗，观察组(31例)予以中医针灸治疗，对比疗效。结果：观察组餐后饱胀不适、上腹部烧灼感、上腹痛、过度嗳气、胀气评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗的有效率为96.77%，高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为6.45%，较对照组的25.81%低(P<0.05)。结论：在医治功能性消化不良时，中医针灸治疗的运用，效果明显，有效改善相关症状，不良反应少，疗效高。
