    【摘 要】目的：探析穴位贴敷联合中药熏洗双足在小儿支气管肺炎中的研究。方法：将我院在2021年7月至11月收治的40例小儿支气管肺炎患者作为研究对象，分组依据组间基本特征可比性原则，分为观察组与对照组各20例，其中对照组采取基础治疗联合穴位贴敷进行治疗；观察组在对照组基础上联合使用中药熏洗双足进行干预，对比两组患者的治疗疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组中医证候评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：穴位贴敷联合中药熏洗双足应用于小儿支气管肺炎中，可以有效改善患者的治疗疗效，降低患者的中医证候评分，促进患者恢复健康，具有临床推广意义。
