    【摘 要】目的：临床治疗小卵泡排卵疾病实施克罗米酚联合人绝经期促性腺激素进行治疗，观察分析克罗米酚联合人绝经期促性腺激素治疗此种疾病的临床治疗效果。方法：使用不可计数法选取我院2020年2月至2021年3月期间治疗小卵泡排卵患者共60例，将其分为两组，对比两组临床疗效。结果：(1)两组患者在最大MFD、子宫内膜平均厚度以及宫颈Insler分数之比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)，但是在MFD≥15数量上观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)；(2)观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论：临床使用克罗米酚联合人绝经期促性腺激素治疗小卵泡排卵能够有效地推动患者卵泡的成长发育情况，从而促使妊娠率得以增加的同时降低早期流产概率。
