    【摘要】目的：研究对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施动态血糖监测的相关性问题。方法：选择我医院收入的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇38例为研究病例，样本的在院时间为2020年5月至2021年5月。以随机数字表法分成两组，常规组(n=19)执行自我血糖监测，研究组(n=19)执行动态血糖监测。结果：研究组妊娠结局优于常规组，但两组的流产率、剖宫产率比较无差异性(P>0.05)，早产率比较有差异性(P<0.05)；研究组的每项血糖指标均比常规组低(P<0.05)；研究组血糖不良事件的发生(除去24h～48h的低血糖)与常规组形成差异性(P<0.05)。结论：妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施动态血糖监测，能够及时地掌握到孕妇血糖改变状况，方便针对性做出干预指导，利于孕妇妊娠结局的改善。
