    【摘 要】目的：探讨将蓝氧疗法应用于妇科炎症患者治疗中的治疗效果。方法：试验对象选于2020年10月至2021年10月时间内，在我院就医的阴道炎患者56例，以数字奇偶法均分为两组，在治疗期间分别以常规疗法(对照组)与蓝氧疗法(观察组)治疗，统计治疗总有效率、治疗前后症状体征评分及症状缓解时间。结果：观察组治疗后外阴瘙痒、疼痛感、阴道壁水肿及充血、阴道分泌物量评分比对照组低(P<0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)；观察组炎症缓解时间、白带缓解时间及瘙痒症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过以蓝氧疗法治疗，既能够有效尽快改善患者临床症状及体征，同时还能提升临床治疗效果，对缓解患者痛苦及改善其生活质量起着积极意义，适宜临床深入研究与推广应用。
