    【摘要】目的：探讨习惯性流产患者的心理特点以及护理干预效果。方法：抽取我院收治的习惯性流产患者100例进行分析，根据护理方案不同分为两组，对照组实施常规护理措施，观察组实施心理特点及护理干预，比较护理效果。结果：观察组的心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组保胎成功率高于对照组，组间数据存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论：对于习惯性流产的患者分析心理特点实施护理干预措施，有效地改善心理状态，提高患者生活质量以及满意度，提升保胎率，值得临床推广。
