    【摘 要】目的：研讨预防性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗凶险性前置胎盘的治疗成效和护理效果。方法：对30例前置胎盘施行手术前先行子宫动脉栓塞术的患者进行手术之前、手术时、手术之后的护理。结果：30名患者都顺利进行了此手术，5例患者手术以后出现了会阴部和臀部疼痛的情况，都没有进行特别处理，3d～5d后自动好转，9名患者手术以后身体温度升高，施行一定的措施后有所好转。结论：前置胎盘手术前子宫动脉栓塞疗法是一种安全性高、伤害性小、效果明确的治疗办法。
