    【摘要】目的：本文在对子宫肌瘤护理干预方案的课题研究中，分析护理质量持续改进的临床效果。方法：选取48例本院在2019年11月至2020年11月期间接收治疗的子宫肌瘤患者作为本次研究对象，随机分组每组24例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加护理质量持续改进，对比指标为护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果：相较于对照组而言，观察组基础护理、安全护理、病房护理、消毒护理质量评分的数值更高，护理满意度明显更优，组间差异(P<0.05)。结论：在制定子宫肌瘤患者的护理干预方案时，配合护理质量持续改进策略，可以显著提升护理质量，值得推荐患者选用。
