    【摘要】目的：探讨早期中风偏瘫患者实施中医护理干预对肢体功能康复的影响。方法：抽取我院中风偏瘫的患者200例作为研究对象，根据护理方案分组，比较观察组实施中医护理干预的肢体功能康复效果。结果：观察组经中医护理干预后上下肢康复程度、神经功能以及运动功能康复、生活质量、心理状态等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于中风偏瘫的患者实施中医护理干预能够提高临床患者的康复效果，改变患者的生活质量以及心理状态，值得临床推广。
