    【摘要】目的：低频脉冲电治疗联合针灸对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响分析。方法：研究抽取200例入院治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者，时间段为2020年9月至2022年3月，按照患者治療方式的不同分为人数均等的两组(n=100)，其中实施常规治疗的为对照组，实施低频脉冲电治疗联合针灸治疗的为观察组，评估两组患者的日常生活活动的功能状态(Barthel指数)、肌力。结果：治疗前两组患者Barthel评分相比，有可比性，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组Barthel评分、肌力评分偏高，疗效偏高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者使用低频脉冲电治疗联合针灸治疗能够改善患者躯干控制能力及平衡功能，改善预后。
