    【摘要】目的：调查某院静配中心药学人员的疲劳情况，为缓解药学人员疲劳度提供参考。方法：选取某医院静配中心药学人员，调查药学人员疲劳情况，为制定缓解静配中心药学人员疲劳度应对措施提供依据。结果：不同性别、年龄范围、文化程度、婚姻状态、职称的药学人员FAI评分相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：静配中心药学人员普遍存在过度疲劳情况，在女性、已婚、年龄≥40岁、中专学历人员中表现尤为明显，医院需积极营造良好的工作环境，并针对性实施应对措施，以缓解静配中心药学人员疲劳程度。
