    【摘要】目的：有针对性地探究临床血液常规检验过程中检验标本不合格的主要原因以及应对策略等相关内容。方法： 本次研究的时间段是选在2019年1月至2020年1月，所选取的研究对象是我们医院在这个阶段内产生的300例不合格的血液标本，针对此类研究对象检验不合格的主要原因和根源等等进行全面深入的分析，然后结合具体的根源提出和落实相对应的解决对策。结果：血液标本临床检验不合格的因素涉及多个方面，其中， 溶血占比最高，凝血次之，送检不及时占第三[1]。在后续的管理过程中要针对各类因素进行着重把握，然后进行根本上的应对和处理。结论：在临床血液采集过程中，相关操作人员要注重把握相对应的操作规范和行动指南，进一步有效落实相对应的技术要点，然后及时有效地针对血液标本进行送检，着重做好操作人员的专业技能和业务素养培训工作，进一步提升其岗位胜任能力和综合素养。
