    【摘 要】目的：探讨早期康复护理对老年心血管病患者的疗效。方法：选取本院2020年10月至2021年10月进行康复护理的80例老年心血管病患者作为研究对象，并利用随机分组法将80例老年心血管病患者划分为对照组和观察组两组，每组40例患者。对照组老年心血管病患者采用常规康复护理方案，观察组老年心血管病患者采用早期康复护理方案。结果：观察组老年心血管病患者健康知识掌握率、用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组老年心血管病患者生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：将早期康复护理应用在老年心血管病患者治疗和康复训练中，能够提高老年心血管病患者的健康知识掌握率、用药依从性以及生存质量，因此早期康复护理具有推广价值。
