    【摘要】目的：分析慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎应用预见性护理模式的价值。方法：选择的研究对象是70例慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎患者，根据为这些入选者开展护理方法的不同分成实验组(预见性护理，35例)与参照组(常规护理，35例)，对比这两组的护理总有效率与疾病复发率，同时自制问卷调查患者的满意度。结果：与参照组对比，实验组的护理总有效率与满意度都更高，疾病复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论：预见性护理应用在慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎患者中，能够促使患者食欲恢复，症状改善，让患者的疾病复发概率降低，患者极为认可，值得推荐。
