    【摘要】目的：评估老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中健康教育的实施效果。方法：从我院收治的老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者中随机抽取90例展开分析，时间区间控制在2020年12月至2021年12月之间。按照双色球法分为两小组，参比组45例应用基础护理干预，试验组45例在基础护理前提下增加健康教育干预。分析两组干预后的相关知识了解程度、内心情绪状态、护理满意度。结果：试验组患者干预后的相关知识了解程度、内心情绪状态均好于参比组，且护理满意度高(P<0.05)。结论：在对本次研究疾病患者进行护理干预时，使用健康教育干预能够丰富患者相关知识，维持良好内心情绪，提升护理服务质量，值得推荐应用。
