    【摘要】目的：对比了解人性化护理干预对于慢阻肺患者在行无创呼吸机治疗中的效果。方法：从本院选取自2019年2月至2020年3月收治入院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者92例作为观察对象，将符合标准条件的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机、且均等地分为对照组和观察组两组进行对比分析，每组各46例，两组患者均行面罩正压通气式无创呼吸机治疗。对照组慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者施以常规护理干预措施，观察组慢阻肺患者施行人性化护理干预措施，对比观察两组慢阻肺患者的护理满意度情况。结果：观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：人性化护理干预措施内容的实施，对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在进行无创呼吸机治疗时的效果是正面、积极且显著的，具体可体现在患者治疗中的不适感得到改善，与此同时能够显著提高患者护理满意度。
