    【摘要】目的：探讨糖化血红蛋白检测对糖尿病诊断和治疗的临床价值。方法：随机选取50例2型糖尿病患者进入糖尿病组，另选同期50例于我院接受健康體检的体检者作为健康组，所有受试者均接受FPG、2hPG、HbA1c检查，评价HbA1c对糖尿病的诊断效能。结果：糖尿病组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均显著高于健康组(P<0.05)；血糖水平联合HbA1c检测对糖尿病的诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确度显著高于其二者单独检测(P<0.05)。结论：糖化血红蛋白检测对诊断糖尿病及指导临床制定治疗方案、疗效评定均有重要的价值，联合检测血糖水平与糖化血红蛋白可进一步提升对糖尿病的诊断效能。
