    【摘要】目的：阴道分泌物在尿常规临床检验中对检验结果的影响观察。方法：选择2021年1月至2021年6月之间该院收治的女性妇科疾病患者100例为研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组、参照组，各组间均纳入50例患者。观察组采用阴道分泌物清理后采集中段尿液进行检测，参照组展开常规中段尿液采集方法检测。记录并对比组间患者的检查结果。结果：观察组患者的红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、蛋白质等指标的检验率均低于参照组，组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予患者行尿常规临床检验时，女性患者的阴道分泌物极其可能会影响检测结果，导致检测的诊断结果出现误差，影响疾病的诊断，对患者治疗也会造成不良影响，因此需关注患者的样本采集、检测工作，有利于提升尿常规的检验合格率，值得临床应用与推广。
