    【摘 要】目的：研究探讨围术期精细化护理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选择2019年6月—2020年8月前往嘉应学院医学院附属医院接受手术治疗的100例患者，按照随机数字表发分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用精细化护理。观察两组患者护理质量评分情况和护理满意度情况。结果：观察组护理质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对接受手术治疗的患者采用精细化护理能更好地保障护理的质量，提升患者对护理的满意程度，具备临床推广价值。
