    【摘要】目的：探讨重症肠内营养支持患者实施综合性的护理干预效果。方法：抽取我院在ICU收治的200例患者作为研究对象，均进行重症肠内营养支持，根据护理方式不同进行分组比较。结果：观察组的营养状态指标明显高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论：在ICU重症肠内营养支持中开展综合性护理干预能够有效地促进患者的康复，降低并发症发生率，保证患者的营养状态。
