    【摘要】目的：分析对经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者运用预防性护理对预防其术后发生下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床价值。方法：抽取2020年1月至2021年9月本院78例经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者，随机数字表法进行分组，对照组为常规护理，观察组联合运用预防性护理。结果：观察组术后DVT发生率为0.00%低于对照组的10.26%(P<0.05)；观察组术后尿管留置、下床活动以及住院等时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)；观察组术后并发症发生率为5.13%低于对照组的17.95%(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为100.00%高于对照组的89.74%(P<0.05)。结论：对于经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者进行预防性护理可有效避免术后DVT发生，并可加快其术后康复进程及改善护患关系。
