    【摘要】目的：分析并观察高血压合并糖尿病患者临床护理干预效果。方法：选择我院2019年3月至2020年7月接收的高血压合并糖尿病患者84例，均给予临床护理干预，观察并对比护理干预前、后患者的护理效果。结果：所有患者护理干预后治疗有效率明显高于护理干预前，血压、血糖水平均明显低于护理干预前，两者对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论：将临床护理干预应用到高血压合并糖尿病患者中，不仅可以有效提高患者治疗有效率，而且可以大大降低患者血压、血糖水平，促使其控制在正常范围值内，护理效果显著，值得广泛推广。
