    【摘要】目的：分析脾脏切除术患者的护理计划。方法：观察分析1例实施脾脏切除术患者的护理计划与护理效果。此例患者由于外伤导致腹部、胸部以及全身多处疼痛28h余，至我院进行治疗。结果：根据检查确诊患者为脾脏破裂，对其采用脾脏切除术进行治疗并护理后，恢复较好，出院前仅偶有腹痛，无恶心、呕吐、胸闷、呼吸困难等不适。结论：对于脾脏切除术患者实施有效护理，可提升整体护理效果，促进患者恢复，具有较高临床应用价值。
