    【摘要】目的：研究集束化护理对脑出血手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法：随机法选择我院的脑出血患者，常规组仅采用常规护理，实验组则采用集束化护理，观察患者表现。结果：实验组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率要比常规组低很多，差异显示有意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理脑出血手术患者时，建议首选集束化护理方案。
