    【摘要】目的：分析个性化心理干预在老年脑梗死护理中的效果。方法：遴选我院2019年6月至2021年7月收治的82例老年脑梗死患者资料，41例接受常规护理的患者列为参照组，41例在常规护理基础上接受了个性化心理干预的患者列为研究组。将两组患者负性心理状态评分及依从性进行对比。结果：干预前两组负性心理状态评分比较(P>0.05)，组间无显著差异；干预后，与参照组相比，研究组负性心理状态评分更低，研究组依从性更高(P<0.05)。结论：在老年脑梗死的常规护理中增加个性化心理护理，可有效缓解患者负性心理，提高患者依从性。
