    【摘要】目的：研究分析血液透析患者内瘘穿刺点渗血原因分析及护理要点。方法：研究自医院抽取100例入院治疗的内瘘穿刺点渗血患者，时间为2018年3月至2020年3月，实施常规护理的为对照组，实施对症护理的为观察组，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组渗血原因统计中，过早使用动静脉内瘘患者占比最多，占21例；穿刺点固定不牢占比第二，占10例；针头固定不牢占比第三，占7例。与对照组相比，观察组总满意度偏高，渗血例数偏少(P<0.05)。结论：对内瘘穿刺点渗血患者实施对症护理及预防护理能够改善患者渗血概率及护理满意率。
