    【摘要】目的：论急性脑梗死以阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的效果。方法：选择2019年8月至2020年8月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者20例，随机划成：对照、观察两组(各10例)。两组皆以阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗，但方案剂量不同，对照组选择0.9方案，观察组取0.65方案，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率、BI指数高于对照组，NIHSS评分低于对照组，出血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：阿替普酶静脉溶栓的应用价值显著，对急性脑梗死患者的治疗十分有益，但0.65剂量下的治疗总有效率更高，各方面的恢复效果也更好，更值得肯定。
