    【摘要】目的：对于慢性喘息性支气管炎患者的临床治疗中采用异丙托溴铵与布地奈德联合治疗的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法：选取我院2020年1月至12月接收治疗的慢性喘息性支气管炎患者100例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组采用异丙托溴铵治疗，观察组采用异丙托溴铵与布地奈德联合治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：将两组患者治疗后的临床疗效进行对比，观察组患者的总有效率为88.0%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为48.0%，观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：异丙托溴铵与布地奈德在慢性喘息性支气管炎治疗中的联合应用具有显著的临床疗效，可以有效提高患者健康恢复速度，对患者的日常生活也有一定的改善效果，值得推廣与应用于慢性喘息性支气管炎临床治疗中。
